• Excell Construction will send a representative to survey property.
• Excell will send an estimate 
• Client will Sign Contract 
• Client will Pay a $1,000.00 dollar deposit to Excell Construction upon signing of contract Deposit is non (refundable after 3 days of contract.) This deposit will give you priority and guarente your start date(give or take 3-5 business days.)

Clients without Plans and permits Next step  

Excell can refer an Architect or you can choose your own.

Client can decide if they would like Contractor to obtain plans from city. (There will be a fee for representative time.) this will be billed upon delivery of permits.
